User Agreement

The term “DBS, We”shall mean DBS Coins LP and the Term “You, Your” shall mean the customer or user who purchases from DBS.

DBS Coins: DBSCOINS.com is owned and operated by DBS COINS LP. Please review the DBS Coins website Terms of Use. All access to and use of this website is governed by these terms. Entering into this website indicates that you have reviewed the website Terms of Use and have agreed to be bound by these terms.


User Account: Customers can create a user account or may purchase as a guest checkout. Users must have a domestic USA address. We do not allow users to have third party shipping agents accept products on their behalf. Only individuals may order through DBS Coins online website store. Any party other than individual (Corporation, Partnership) that would like to purchase on behalf of a company must contact DBS directly via telephone for ordering instructions. Parties other than individuals must submit a business application.


Pricing Confirmation: Once an order has been submitted online or by phone the customer has entered into a binding agreement. Order confirmation will be sent via email to the email address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for payment as soon as he/she has been given a confirmation number. We are not responsible for emails that are not received. The customer must make payment in a timely manner according to our payment policy. We reserve the right to cancel any order for failure to make payment within the designated time. Failure to make payment will result in a cancelled order and is subject to DBS’ market loss policy. Payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) will be collected in full at the time of checkout. Payment made by bank wire or check via phone or website will require a non-refundable deposit via credit card of 2% for orders less than or equal to $10,000.00 and 3% for orders over $10,000.00. The maximum purchase amount via our online store is $30,000.00. Any orders over that amount must be made through our phone store. We only accept payments for credit cards up to $10,000.00. Orders greater than $10,000.00 must be paid by bank wire, certified check, cashier’s check, or personal check. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any transaction due to computer error, incorrect price, sudden movements in metals market, wrong calculations or transactions that we deem are risky.

Cash Discount: Any purchases made with a credit card will not receive the cash discount rate of 2.8%. Bank wire and check payment pricing includes the 2.8% cash discount.

Taxes: Only California residences that have an order less than $1,500.00 are subject to an 8.75% CA sales tax. All other non-California customers are tax exempt on all purchase amounts.


Payment Policy: Payment must be made to DBS Coins LP. All pricing on the phone (through verbal confirmation) and on our website includes the 2.8% cash discount. This discount is not valid if customers choose to pay via credit card. Customer payments may not be broken up into multiple payment forms (i.e. - multiple checks for one order). Customers must send required funds to DBS within 48 hours for bank wire, or within 4 business days for certified check, cashier’s check, or personal checks. At the time of checkout, we require a non-refundable deposit with a credit card or payment in full on the credit card. Payments made via bank wire or check will require a non-refundable deposit via credit card of 2% for orders less than or equal to $10,000.00 and 3% for orders over $10,000.00.



Payment types – Payments Accepted are bank wire, credit card (Visa or MasterCard only), certified check, cashier’s check, or personal check. We do not accept MONEY ORDERS OR CASH.

Credit Card Payments - Orders under $2,500 may be purchased online using a Visa or Mastercard. For larger orders over $2,500 we ask that you call in via phone to order with a credit card. Before the purchase we ask that you contact your bank to let them know you are making a large purchase. In addition for all credit card payments, your billing address must match exactly to your credit card statement. If this does not match then your card will be declined. Customers may only charge a total of $10,000 on a credit card per month. Additional screening and documentation may be required for all credit card payments. Credit card holding payments may take longer than the recommended time.

Good Funds - No order will be processed until we have received good funds. Good funds are 100% cleared payments.


Market Loss Policy: When purchasing from DBS Coins, once we have issued a confirmation number, the price is locked-in and the transaction may not be cancelled. The transaction may be offset at our current ask price. Any deficit between the original purchase price(s) and the offsetting purchase price(s) is your responsibility only if your item(s) is cancelled or returned. That amount, plus a $30.00 cancellation fee, will be charged to you. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of DBS.



Products: DBS offers gold and silver products. We offer products from the United States, Royal Canadian, Austrian, and Perth Australian Mints. In addition to mint products we also carry preferred and secondary products from other major refineries. We guarantee that all merchandise is genuine and from the period indicated. Gold Bullion – 1 oz., 10 troy ounces and kilo bars of at least .995 fine gold. Gold coins – American Eagle 1 troy ounce, American buffalo 1 troy ounce, Canadian Maple Leaf 1 troy ounce, Vienna philharmonic 1 troy ounce. Silver Bullion -– 1, 10, 100 troy ounces bars of at least .999 fine silver. Silver coins – American Eagle 1 troy ounce, Canadian Maple Leaf 1 troy ounce, Vienna philharmonic 1 troy ounce, Generic 1 tory ounce silver round of at least .999 fine silver.



Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled only over the telephone and are subject to our Market Loss Policy A cancellation fee of $30.00 per order plus the deficit between the original purchase price(s) and the offsetting purchase price(s). A cancellation invoice will be sent via email. Upon payment of the cancellation fee and deficit the order will be closed.



Shipping: : DBS coins will ship orders once 100% of payment has been received. We process all orders 1-5 business days after the receipt of full payment. DBS offers free fully-insured shipping for all products through US Mail and UPS. DBS Coins LP insures and is responsible for each package while in transit. Packages are not covered while they are at receiving locations for customer pick-up. Packages through US Mail are shipped registered with a restricted delivery and must have a signature upon acceptance of the package. We only ship items to the specified buyer, who must be available to sign for the package. No third party or third party shipping agent may sign on the buyer’s behalf. Orders paid in full by credit card will be shipped to the billing name and address for the Visa or MasterCard. Please allow 3-12 business days for delivery. Additional carriers are available for additional costs. We also ship via UPS ground with a restricted delivery and packages must have a signature upon acceptance of the package. UPS and Federal express services available are overnight express mail (no Saturday deliveries). The customer will be notified once the order has shipped and an email containing the tracking number will be sent to the customer. Once delivery of products is confirmed through delivery confirmation, USPS registered number, tracking number or customer signature, the customer is responsible for the package and contents. In the event that the items are not accepted or the customer is unavailable to sign for or pick up their products, the items will be returned to our warehouse. Once returned, we reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion. If the order is re-shipped, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we will file a claim. A Letter of Non-Acceptance will be sent to the customer and must been signed and returned to DBS Coins. Once the Non-Acceptance letter is received by DBS coins, we reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.



Acceptance of Package: All of our packages are wrapped discreetly. Each package will have a registered label, USPS postage mail label or UPS label and will have dated stamps on every crease to provide security. We ask that customer inspect the outer packaging prior to acceptance from the post office location or employee. All packages have the stamp “Refuse if damaged”. If a package seems to be damaged or tampered with, please deny the package. If the items/package is accepted, the customer is responsible for the package and its contents.



Returns: DBS Coins accepts returns for only the products that we currently sell. The customer may return items if they are damaged from transit. The customer must contact DBS coins and return the order within 3 business days from the date of delivery. DBS Coins is not liable for items the customer sends to DBS coins while in transit. After items are returned to DBS Coins, we reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion. All refunds are subject to our Market Loss Policy, which includes return fee of $30.00 plus the deficit between the original purchase price(s) and the offsetting purchase price(s). Any market gain on returns or cancellations shall remain the property of DBS Coins.


Commodity investment Risks: Coin and bullion purchases are a very risky form of investment. Each customer that purchases coins and bullion purchases them at his/her own risk. We are not responsible for any profit or losses that may come from the buying or selling of coins and bullion. The price of metals can change at any time due to economic factors, market demand and market price.

Limitation of Liability: All orders placed through the DBS are taken on a best efforts basis. DBS shall not be responsible for errors, negligence or inability to execute orders, nor shall DBS be responsible for any delays in the transmission, delivery or execution of customer's order due to breakdown or failure of transmission or communication facilities, or to any other cause or causes beyond DBS’ reasonable control or anticipation..

Location of any Dispute Resolution: You the customer understand and agree that Orange County, California is the exclusive place for any arbitration hearing concerning any dispute relating to customer’s transactions and or agreement with DBS, or any matter involving either party’s performance under this agreement.

Export Compliance: Every product that DBS sells is subject to all US export laws. No products may be exported or re-exported, without compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Governing Law: This User Agreement shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Waiver of Jury Trial Arbitration: Both DBS and You waive the right to trial by jury in connection with any disagreement or dispute resulting from, or in connection with, this User Agreement and/or any transaction between you and DBS Coins. The Customer agrees that for all purposes he has entered into this Agreement in Orange County, California, notwithstanding any events that may occur outside Orange County, including the manner, timing or location of the delivery of receipt of the acceptance of this Agreement by either party hereto. Customer also agrees that the following events, among others, occurred in Orange County, California: the solicitation, negotiation, execution, and consummation of this Agreement, as well as the initial payment of monies and any subsequent Customer payment of monies, and written or verbal confirmation of each transaction. Customer and DBS agree that Orange County, California is the exclusive place for any arbitration hearing or litigation concerning disputes relating to Customer’s transactions with DBS or to this Agreement and that all arbitration proceedings subject to this Agreement shall occur before JAMS in Orange County, California.

Costs and Expenses of Collection: In the event that DBS must take any action against You to enforce Your obligations under this User Agreement, including, without limitation, turning Your account over to a collection agency or a lawyer for collection, You shall pay all of the costs and the expenses incurred by DBS, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, in connection with such action.

Notices: All notices will be in writing and sent to the customer mailing address, or email address provided upon registration of the user profile. Any written notices that are sent to DBS must be sent to 14 Monarch Bay Plaza #234, Monarch Beach, CA 92629.

Termination: At anytime and without liability to the other, DBS Coins or the customer may terminate the user contract with/without cause by written notice through mail to the other party. The customer is responsible for all policies and purchases made prior to the termination.

Anti-money Laundering:The customer understands and complies with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing laws namely the United States’ Bank Secrecy Act and the USA Patriot Act.

USA Patriot Act: The official title of the USA PATRIOT Act is "Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT) Act of 2001." The purpose of the USA PATRIOT Act is to deter and punish terrorist acts in the United States and around the world, to enhance law enforcement investigatory tools, and other purposes.

Customer Agreement As a customer I affirm my understanding and acknowledge that I am of legal age competent to enter into this agreement. All of my transactions with DBS are for investments. The purchase and sale of commodities involve a high degree of risk and are not suitable for all persons. I have determined in my own mind that I am financially, intellectually and emotionally suitable to enter into the transactions with this agreement and DBS Coins.
